Cocktails and Canvas OC is pleased to offer private events. Private events are perfect for birthdays, bachelorette parties, fundraisers, family reunions, team building exercises or anytime you want to Party for Art’s Sake! Private events allow you to customize your event to your needs. You choose the time, date and venue and let Cocktails and Canvas OC handle the rest.

HOW MANY PEOPLE DO I NEED FOR A PRIVATE EVENT?
We require a minimum of 15 people to book a private event. We also require a small deposit to hold your date on our calendar, which is refundable up to 48 hours prior to the event.  You may host a private event with fewer than 15 guests however; you must still submit payment for 15 people. The remaining balance, based on the final headcount will be collected the day of the event. We do ask that we receive a final headcount 48 hour prior to the event in order to prepare for your party.

WHERE WILL THE PARTY BE?
We are happy to work with you to choose the perfect venue for your event. You may choose one of the venues we are already affiliated with, or we can work with the location of your choosing, provided they can accommodate us. We will coordinate with the venue to ensure your event is a success.

CAN I HOST AN EVENT AT MY HOME?
​Absolutely! Cocktails and Canvas OC is a great way to entertain.  As a host you will need to provide adequate tables and chairs for the event (we have a limited number of tables and stools available for your use depending on the date) and water for our brush water cups. We will be happy to help determine how your space can best accommodate your event and offer suggestions for optimal space planning. We will need access to the space about an hour before your event, to help arrange the seating and to set up for your party. We will provide everything you need for a fun, memorable event.

DO YOU PROVIDE THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE?
We do not. All food and beverage purchases are to be handled by the hosting venue and are separate from our ticket price. If you book an event with one of our venues we can direct you to the right person to discuss food and beverage options. Many of our venues offer special or happy hour menus. Food and beverages, if hosted at a private residence, will be the responsibility of the host.

CAN I CHOOSE MY PAINTING?
​ Of course! You may choose from any painting in our library, or talk to us about customizing a painting (for an additional charge) just for your event.
