You can expect a friendly, casual, social environment, good music and a talented local artist to walk you step by step from blank canvas to finished work of art.
How much does a Cocktails and Canvas OC party cost?
The price is $45 for a night of fun and 16" x 20" masterpiece to take home with you. Fundraisers cost a little more and can be priced to suit your event's needs.
What is included in the price?
Cocktails and Canvas OC provides everything you need to create your masterpiece. We provide the Artist, easels, canvas, brushes, paints, aprons and a great time. Drinks and appetizers are NOT included, but are for sale through the hosting venue.
How do I sign up?
You can register on our website, or call us and we'll be happy to help you get hooked up.
Do I need to sign up in advance?
Yes. Because seating is limited, our events often sell out. We need to have your reservation to save a space for you at the event.
Do you reserve seats?
We do not reserve seats, but we try our best to seat friends and parties together. Please let us know when you register and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
When are Cocktails and Canvas OC events held?
Classes are held at different times and days during the week. Just check out our events calendar to find a class that fits your schedule.
Where are classes held?
Cocktails and Canvas OC believes in supporting local businesses, so our events take place in restaurants, bars, galleries and hot spots all over the OC.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend getting there 25 minutes early, to get signed in, find a seat, buy a drink and relax before the fun starts.
What should I wear?
We provide aprons, but this is a painting class after all, so wear something you won't mind getting paint on (just in case).
What is your cancellation policy?
Cocktails and Canvas OC is an entertainment event like a concert, movie or sports event. But, unlike those, we allow cancellations or reschedules with a 48 hour notice. This notice allows us to offer the space to anyone who might be on the waiting list. Cancellations should be made by phone or e-mail. We will charge the event fee for reservations not cancelled 48 hours in advance.
Do you offer private events?
Absolutely! We are happy to bring the party to you. Cocktails and Canvas parties are perfect for Corporate Team Building, Birthdays, Bachelorettes, Office Parties and Fundraisers. We can accommodate any number of people in the location of your choice. We require a 15 person minimum charge
for a private event.
Do you offer children's parties?
Our Cupcakes and Canvas parties are perfect for your pint sized Picassos.
